Find Your Bra and Shapewear Size

Grab a soft measuring tape and measure over a non-padded bra or bare skin. Enter your numbers in inches or centimeters and we will match them to our size chart. Our wireless bras and shapewear stretch, so they come in simple S to XL sizes instead of band and cup sizes.

Snug, right under your bust
Loose, around the fullest part

How to measure yourself

  1. Measure your underbust
Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, right under your bust. Keep it level and breathe out.
  2. Measure your bust
Wrap the tape loosely around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it parallel to the floor.
  3. Measure your waist
Find the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above the belly button, and measure without pulling in.
  4. Measure your hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat.
  5. Get your size
Choose bras or shapewear, pick inches or centimeters, enter your measurements and tap Calculate my size.

How to choose compression

  • Light compression
Smooths lines under everyday clothes. A good first pair if you are new to shapewear. Wear your calculated size.
  • Medium compression
A firmer hold for work days and events. Wear your calculated size, or size up if you plan to wear it all day.
  • Firm compression
The strongest hold, for special occasions and fitted dresses. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size so it stays comfortable.
