Sizing & Fit
How do I find my bra size?
Measure snugly around your ribcage just under your bust for the band, then loosely around the fullest part of your bust. Compare both numbers with the size chart on the product page. Sizes differ between styles, so check the chart for each product.
What if I am between two sizes?
For wireless bras and bralettes, choose the larger size if your band measurement is on the upper edge. For shapewear, choose by your waist measurement on the size chart.
What is a jelly bra?
A jelly bra uses soft, flexible gel strips in the cups in place of a metal underwire. The strips hold their shape and bend with your body, so the bra gives shape without wire pressure.
Do wireless bras give enough support?
Support depends on the style and your size. Each product page lists the support level and fabric, so you can pick a style that suits how you plan to wear it.
Care
How should I wash my bras and shapewear?
Follow the care label on each item. As a general rule, hand wash in cold water or use a mesh laundry bag on a gentle cycle, do not use bleach, and lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry, because heat can damage elastic and jelly strips.

Can I return intimates?
Unworn bras and shapewear with tags and hygiene liner attached can be returned. For hygiene reasons some items, such as panties, cannot be returned unless defective. See our Return Policy for the full list and time limits.
