Returns & Exchanges

If something is not right with your order, we will help you return or exchange it.

Return Window

You may return bras, bralettes and shapewear within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, items must be:

• Unworn and unwashed (trying on over your own underwear is fine)
• In original condition, with all tags attached
• With the hygiene liner still in place, where the item has one
• Free of damage, marks, odors or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or are not what you ordered:

• Panties, thongs and briefs
• Bodysuits and shapewear with a gusset, if the hygiene liner has been removed
• Opened multipacks
• Items marked as Final Sale
• Gift cards

How to Return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
2. We will reply with a return authorization and shipping instructions within one business day.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
4. Send it back using the instructions we provide.
5. Your refund is processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability. If the new item costs more, you pay the difference.

Refunds

Refunds go to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is caused by our error, such as a wrong or defective item.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund.
