ORDERS
We offer returns for all orders. Return shipping & handling is $9.99 and deducted from your refund to cover just a part of our costs to service our friends. We do not accept exchanges on orders and ask you to return the order for a refund. The rates for taxes and duties are set by the local government and are based on the value of the goods and the country of manufacturing. All duties and taxes for orders are charged at checkout. All returns must be shipped from the country the order was originally delivered to and with a Onnty issued return label. We will not accept returns sent with a non-Onnty return label.We are working on a better solution to service our customers internationally.
